How to Send Digital Work

Instructions for 3Shape Scanners

  1. Log into your 3Shape Communicate Portal from your scanner.
  2. Click the Connections tab at the top and then click “Add Connection”.
  3. Enter in sdlcadcam@shaw.ca into the search bar.
  4. Click on our lab and connect with us.
  5. Restart your scanner. Once it starts up again, select SDL Swiss Dental Lab as the lab of your choice on your Trios’s order form.

Instructions for iTero Scanners

  1. On a phone, call iTero customer support at 1-800-577-8767.
  2. When prompted, select Option 1 and request to be connected to SDL Swiss Dental Lab (604-875-6331).
  3. When finished connecting, restart your scanner to refresh the connection list.
  4. Once your scanner starts again, select SDL Swiss Dental Lab to send your cases.

Instructions for Carestream

  1. Log in to your CS Connect account.
  2. Select the case you would like to send and confirm the case details.
  3. Under Case Submission, click “create a new partner” to invite SDL Swiss Dental Lab to receive your case.
  4. Once we confirm the invitation, you can select our lab from the “laboratory” drop-down menu on the same Case Submission screen.

Instructions for MEDIT

  1. Log in to your Medit Link account.
  2. Select All Organizations from the sidebar.
  3. Search for “SDL Swiss Dental Lab” and then click “Request Contract”.
  4. Once we receive confirmation, you will then be able to submit cases.
